shipping and returns



Orders will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your order. In our efforts to save paper (and the Earth!), we will not include a paper receipt or packing list with your order, so please refer to your order and shipping confirmation emails for all information regarding your order.

Didn't work out? 

To return, please email hello@mariastanley.com within 7 days for return instructions and a mailing label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit. International customers will be asked to provide their own return shipping label.

Exchanges on full price items are complimentary. Please email hello@mariastanley.com with your exchange request.

All returns and exchanges must be in brand new and unworn condition.

Once a return is received, please allow us 5-7 days to process, and 7-10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same method used to make the purchase.

International orders can take more time to reach you. Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so please be prepared to pay duties. Sadly we have no control over this as it is determined by the receiving government.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help however we can. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email us after confirming your order if you would like us to add a signature release to your package.
