Unworn, full price items in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping for international orders must be paid for by the customer. Please reply to order confirmation email to arrange. 

To return, please email hello@mariastanley.com within the 7 days for return instructions and a mailing label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges on full price items are complimentary. Please email hello@mariastanley.com with your exchange request.

All returns and exchanges must be in brand new and unworn condition.

Once a return is received, please allow US 5-7 days to process, and 7-10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same method used to make the purchase.

International orders can take more time to reach you. Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to the recipient. We do not cover these costs, so please be prepared to pay duties for larger orders. Sadly we have no control over this, and cannot list as a gift. Please allow extra time for your order to pass through customs. If your order arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help however we can. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
